About the Author

Ro GORELL

Ro is a change strategist and coach spanning a career of over 25 years.  She specialises in adaptive change working with blue-chip and mid-sized entrepreneurial businesses.

Ro is known for a creative and solutions based approach. She helps organisations and individuals adapt and thrive.

Ro’s background of working in enterprise wide change enables both a business and individual perspective of change and with clear links to the overall business strategy.

Ro works with individuals and teams at every level of leadership from Executive board to High Potential talent in a variety of sectors including not-for-profit, finance, technology, defence and aerospace and start-ups. Her focus of practice includes:
